Well, it could be worse. It could be my son (kidnapped 8-18-2001), and I wouldn't be surprised. The woman who has my child left food to rot when it had been spilled in her apartment. I met her when she had a one year old little girl whom she locked in a crib at night and closed the door so she didn't have to hear her cry. Some part of my even getting involved with the girl was probably an instinct to save that child. The little girl grew up, learned to talk, walk, and demand to go swimming if she was good - then was ripped away from me with my son under the protection of the Texas courts without so much as a trial or single shred of evidence that I had committed any wrongdoing to merit his removal. She left to sleep with another man, lie about it for a month while she bled me for every cent I had left, then sue me for abandonment after threatening to kill me if I ever attempted to see my child again (before a witness into a recording device, and again in writing before about 800 readers of a local forum). To my amazement, the U.S. government and Texas courts, Federal authorities, and U.S. Attorney General are on her side. What a country.
On the upside, I know how to make nuclear weapons. Obviously someone didn't earn their 'anti-terrorism' star this administration.
